Just cut contact with him. Sometimes that bothers people more than anything else because they wonder if you're happy, what you're doing, if you've moved on, etc. I did it with my ex and it drove him crazy that I refused to talk with him. But I did it because I sincerly didn't want to talk to him anymore. Make sure if you do cut contact then keep it that way.

Amm see im like bestfriends with this girl in my school hu i new for a good while but she gets on my nerves sometimes. A few questions about natural birth/water births?

My hubby and I are TTC, and are very interested in a natural birth outside of a hospital (possibly at a birthing clinic). I had a high risk pregnancy w/my first (toxemia), and ended up on bed rest at 33 weeks, induced at 38, and after 20 some odd hours in labor had a c-section. Has anyone here ever had a natural or water VBAC? Can I be cared for by a midwife and by my regular OB/GYN? I'd like both in case something happens where I am unable to have a natural birth. I'd also like at least one sonogram to determine gender, are there midwives who can do sonograms, or is that only with an OB/GYN? Any info anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Why does my stomach hurt?

I've been doing a pretty intense excersize regiment recently, part of which is chin-ups. The first few days was fine, but afterwards my upper abdominals began to hurt like crazy when I did pull-ups. I took a day off to rest but they still hurt when I do pull ups. Why is this? Is there a way I can remedie this?
