According to Judaic and Roman Laws, Jesus WAS committing blasphemy and treason. So didn't he deserve to die?

he was telling them he was god,and in their laws that was blasphemy, and in another place it was a sin to do any work on the saboth,even make mud was work so their was a blind man there and jesus took some dirt and spit on the dirt and made mud and put it on the mans eyes and told him to go wash his eyes and he could see, and they said he was breaking their law and sough to kill him,hope this helps.
