Could I have a speech disorder?

I have the same kinda problem.... I'm 15 and when I have to speak in front of the cl I get majorly tounge tied! And when I'm telling a story I always forget something, I stutter, then go back in my story! It's wierd!! And I even get toungue tied in front of friends and famiy. So I need to know what wrong too!!!
