How to burn windows os if windows is *partitioned?*?

Since it's partitioned you can't simply just burn it to a CD/DVD. As long as you don't delete the partition or write over it then you are fine. When you computer crashes the computer will automatically read the partition and try to repair / install windows. It's the same thing as having it on a DVD/CD. Your computer should have came with software that lets you burn it to a DVD/CD. For example, HP uses HP Recovery Manager. Just look for it under program files if you want it on a DVD/CD.
