Where should I go for vacation. i'm 25 weeks pregnant and living in sf bayarea?

I want to go somewhere before i deliver my baby. i was looking around some cabins in big sur. seems like they're all taken until October. what other places should i look in about 3-4 driving distance from san jose area.
