I'm looking to buy a condo in Arlington, VA or in DC...?

Which location will be a better investment - Arlington, VA or Adams Morgan area in DC? How about Alexandria or Fairfax? Tysons Corner area? My price range is very limited, but if I could choose, which area will be the best bet?
