Blockbuster charges for a unreturned movie ,that I'M sure returned on droop box?

what can do if after droop off movie on local blockbuster video they charging me for yhat movie because they say the dvd has not been returned,Please give me an advise because I can't find the way to probe I did retur the movies, now I have to pay a full price of a movie that I already return.
