Does anybody know how to get Al Jazeera SPORTS channels in the U.S (specifically DC or VA)?

I live in Arlington, VA and I am desperately trying to get the Al Jazeera Sports channels (Jazeera sports +1, +2, and +3), which normally air in the Middle East. Does anybody know any company/people who can do this?? Would greatly appreciate it if anyone knew.
