How bad will it hurt if I get a tattoo on my back?

I've heard and read that it won't hurt as much if I have more body fat but I'm literally anorexically skinny. You can see most of my bones quite clearly and so I'm just wondering how bad it will hurt???you can see my backbone moreorless clearly
