How can i best learn a second language?

I think dedicating yourself helps because if you just lazily do it, your probably not going to retain it as well because you won't be using it as much. If you're serious, try to find someone you know that speaks it, see if they can help you. The more you use a language while using it, the better you should be able to remember it. If you keep using it, it will be harder to forget it. Try the 1st.
