Is my resting BPR (heart rate) high?? Please help?

From someone who works in thr cardio surgery dept. of a hospital, i must say that your case is very serious and you need to seek a doctor and a ct angio scan of the chest. Yes your heart rate is abnormally high and that fact that you are that young and can feel chest pain is very concerning to me. Even 80 y.olds with aortic dissections dont typically feel chest pain, so this fact alone ignoring the high heart rate, is of equal concern, seek a hospital
