A question about WIC..?

Its been so long since Ive put my daughter on WIC and I so forgot how I did it I know my family can help me out with this but Im 7 weeks pregnant do I wait to sign up for WIC after the baby is born or do I sign up for WIC when im pregnant. And do I have Medicaid for myself but I do have to have the pregnancy one to do I need to go ahead and sign up for that also?
