Can you get a job as a diplomatic security service agent if you have a mild case of artrial tachycardia?

My doctor conducted many tests on my heart and feels that I do not need any further checkups. He prescribed me some medication, but said that I do not need to stay on it. Would I be able to p the US Dept of States' Medical Exam with my condition?
