I am a male to female crossdresser i have a questions about this outfit?

Bra is really cute! The blouse... you could do much better. Think of something with cap sleeves and like a square neck line or something with some ruffles on the front. I'm just not really digging the chest pleats. The skirt should be fine without a slip but in case I'm not seeing something right I would choose the first slip. Garter belt and stockings would work! Good job! :)
